About
The Student Interest Group in Neurology (SIGN) is a group for MD and MD/PhD students at Washington University School of Medicine, sponsored by the Department of Neurology, the Department of Neurosurgery, and the American Academy of Neurology.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for medical students to learn more about clinical and research activities in the neurosciences, and career opportunities in these fields. To achieve our goal, we have established a continuing relationship between medical students and faculty from the Departments of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry.
To further student interest and involvement, we will provide numerous chances for students to participate in workshops, mentor-matching activities, lectures, journal clubs, etc. This website will also provide more information for students to participate in those activities.
